OTR Group comprises over 1,000 retail, convenience, and quick service restaurants. OTR Group is part of the Viva Energy Australia Group – an ASX-listed company involved in refining, importing, and distributing energy products. The Role

Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for leading and developing a site team to deliver exceptional customer service, safe and compliant operations, and strong financial results. You will be accountable for ensuring shop and forecourt standards are met, driving sales performance, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and creating a high-performing and engaged team culture.

Responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure HSSE policies, procedures, and training are implemented, hazards/incidents are managed, and food/environmental safety standards are maintained.
• Customer Experience: Model outstanding service, continuously improve the customer journey, and manage customer feedback channels.
• Sales & Retail Standards: Drive sales through effective ordering, promotional execution, product availability, and store presentation.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor team members, build capability, and create an inclusive, accountable, and engaged culture.
• Operational Excellence: Manage business controls including cash handling, cost control, stock management, security, payroll compliance, and price execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve processes, embrace change, and support new business initiatives.
