The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of cleaning standards and regulations. A valid driver’s license is essential as travel across sites is involved.

• Significant experience in a similar area management or supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of cleaning professionals.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills to coordinate operations across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with cleaning standards, industry regulations and best practices.

About the role

As an Area Manager at DIMEO CLEANING SERVICES PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations for a number of key client sites across the Perth metropolitan area. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and efficient cleaning services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service at client sites
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained
