Commercial Clean Australia is seeking an Area Manager - Operations Focused to lead the Brisbane region. This highly autonomous role reports to the Regional Manager, involves daily travel, and ensures clients receive top service while your team delivers on the brand promise.

You will onboard new clients and handle some quoting. If you excel at leadership, client relations, and KPI delivery, this role rewards initiative, collaboration, and career progression within a family-owned company with 15+

Area Manager - Operations Focused - Brisbane Region

This is a highly autonomous role with you reporting directly to the Regional Manager. No two days will ever be the same, there will be travel involved daily throughout your area. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of service and that your team is delivering on the brand promise. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and some quoting.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong and lasting client and cleaner relationships
• Following up on quotes and closing sales opportunities
• Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities

• Resolving any disputes in a timely manner
• Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained

• Strong leadership skills, well-presented, strong time management skills, highly organised, and sharp eye for detail
• Can build quick rapport with people from all walks of life
• Comfortable managing a team of cleaners
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving KPIs
• Ability to engage with all stakeholders
• Previous experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations
• Strong commercial acumen
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
