Private Advertiser in Melbourne South-east suburbs is seeking an Area Manager with experience in retail environments and/or shopping centres to oversee a portfolio of sites across Melbourne South-east. You will provide high-quality service to clients and support Site Supervisors and staff with your extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry.

The role requires the ability to motivate staff, build client relationships, and be hands-on when required.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the cleaning industry.
• Experience in retail environments and/or shopping centres.
• Ability to motivate staff and develop strong client relationships.
• Hands-on approach when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sites across Melbourne South-east.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and support for Supervisors and staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and on-site teams.
• Train and educate staff on correct cleaning methodologies and processes to achieve optimum results.

We are an establishedcontract cleaningcompany based in Melbourne with operations throughout Victoria.

We are currently seeking anArea Manager with experience in retail environments and/or shopping centres to join our team.In this role you will be required to manage a portfolio of sites throughout Melbourne South-east suburbs. We will require you to provide ahigh quality service to our clients, as well as support to Site Supervisors and staff through your extensive knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry, in particular a retail environment. You must also be prepared to "Get your hands dirty" to train and educate staff on correct methodology and processes to achieve optimum results.

To be suitable for this role you must have substantial experience in the cleaning industry and display the following attributes:-
