Job summary

Spicers Australia is seeking a driven sales executive to grow sales and specifications across the NSW architecture and interior design market, with a focus on 3M finishes. You will build relationships with architects, interior designers, shopfitters and industry partners while managing an established portfolio and creating new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in, or strong knowledge of, the architecture and interior design industry; familiarity with decorative or technical finishes is highly regarded.
• Proven track record selling to architects, interior designers, shopfitters or related specification audiences.
• Strong ability to grow a sales territory and secure new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
• Develop product sales and specifications across NSW architecture and design market
• Increase awareness of Spicers and our product portfolio among key industry audiences
• Manage and grow an established customer base
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
• Build a long-term pipeline of current and future architecture and design projects, including specification-led and transactional sales
• Maintain productive relationships with 3M licensed installers and representatives to ensure customer needs are met
• Collaborate with External Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse and Supply teams to share leads, project information and market intelligence
