Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers for the VIC Heathcote pool facility. You will ensure safety and a welcoming environment for patrons while managing pool areas and plant systems.

Ideal candidates have First Aid, CPR, and background checks in place. Roles involve weekend shifts and casual hours; willingness to undergo background checks is required.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) is required.
• CPR and Working with Children Check are required.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with a valid driver’s licence.
• Willing to undergo a background check if requested.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons across facility areas (customer services and pools).
• Oversee pool plant systems, including water quality principles.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist patrons.
• Work weekends; approx. 15 casual hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Duty Manager to join the team!

About the Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendlyDuty Managers to join the team. Our Duty Managers are responsible for ensuring that areas within the facility, from customer services and pools, are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. They are also responsible for pool plant systems which requires technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.

You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun.

You must be available to work on the weekends. We currently have approximately 15 casual hours per week on offer.

Skills & Attributes

• An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within an aquatic environment
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded

About the Qualifications
