Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly and proactive Aquatic Duty Manager for the Portland Leisure and Aquatic Centre. The role is casual with increased hours in the busy summer period, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Training opportunities include Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR, with a focus on safety, customer experience and team collaboration. Candidates should be confident, approachable and eager to learn, bringing strong personal qualities to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to confidently swim 200m.
• Police Check is required.
• Working with Children’s Check is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Understanding of OHS and public safety within the facility.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and proactive individual, looking for the next step in their career.

We are focused on hiring an applicant with strong personal qualities that can be brought to the team. The successful applicant will be confident, approachable, have a willingness to learn, and is not afraid to get in and have a go.

The ability to be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential. This will be a casual position with an increase of hours during the busy summer season.

What is required:

• Great communication and customer skills
• An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility

We are willing to train you in:
