Job summary

GTNT Group seeks candidates for dual-function roles handling GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. You will mentor, track compliance, sign apprentices, and foster relationships with hosts on urban and remote cattle station runs with back-up support.

You’ll deliver training contract administration, drive welfare and attendance discussions, and promote opportunities across the region. Remote NT travel and Indigenous community engagement are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Manual NT Driver’s Licence.
• Knowledge of VET system and IR framework is required.
• Willingness to travel across remote NT regions.
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder management.
• Strong engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities.

Two Roles, Built to Back Each Other Up

Manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. Deliver hands-on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign-ups, and host business relationships across urban and remote cattle station runs with back-up support.

The Job You'd Be Taking On

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs


• Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations


• Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts


• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region


• Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics
