Job summary

GTNT Group is recruiting for a role focused on managing dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. The role involves hands-on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign-ups, and fostering business relationships with hosts across cattle station runs while providing back-up support.

You will deliver training contracts in line with contract and legislative obligations, drive performance conversations, promote opportunities, and maintain accurate records for reporting metrics.

• VET system and IR framework knowledge
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management
• Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities

The Job You'd Be Taking On

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs
• Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations
• Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region
• Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics
