Job summary

GTNT Group is seeking a hands-on Apprentice Mentor to manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. You’ll supervise apprentice sign-ups, conduct inspections, and foster strong host relationships across urban and remote cattle stations.

You will track compliance, support onboarding, and drive performance and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts. A dedicated onboarding program and ongoing support will help you succeed in this multi-function role.

Qualifications

• Must have Manual NT Driver’s Licence
• Knowledge of VET system and IR framework
• Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management
• Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities

Responsibilities

• Conduct apprentice sign-ups and workplace inspections
• Administer Training Contracts aligned to obligations
• Drive performance, attendance and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build regional business networks
• Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records and reporting metrics
