MEGT Ltd. is seeking an Apprenticeships Field Consultant to promote and support Australian Apprenticeships in the Toowoomba region.

You will work with employers and apprentices to facilitate National Training Contracts and provide guidance on incentives and support services, contributing to strong, long-term relationships in your community. This field-based role suits someone who thrives on relationship management, travel, and making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development, or similar.
• Strong customer service, communication and administration skills.
• A professional, customer-focused approach with strong organisation skills.

Responsabilités

• Sign up apprentices and trainees to National Training Contracts.
• Educate employers and apprentices on available support services, incentives, and funding.
• Build strong relationships with schools, RTOs, industry, and community stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions at schools, community events, and workplaces.
• Support business development activities to grow apprenticeship commencements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks to retention or completion, and refer to support services.
• Manage time effectively across engagement activities, administration, and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT procedures.
