North Regional TAFE is seeking a Coordinator Apprentice and Trainee Success on a 24-month full-time fixed term basis in Western Australia. The role focuses on improving apprenticeship and traineeship retention, progression and completion through targeted support and early intervention services.

It acts as a central contact for apprentices, trainees and employers, partnering with leaders, training areas and external bodies to deliver coordinated support.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for apprentices, trainees and employers.
• Provide information, advice and practical support on apprenticeship processes and WAAMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams, employers and external stakeholders to implement support strategies.
• Contribute to program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.
