Job summary

Sutcliffe Meats is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Apprentices (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year) to join the Girraween site in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the meat processing and retail industry while gaining hands-on experience.

As an Apprentice Butcher you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop skills across meat preparation, processing, presentation and customer service.

The successful candidates will develop practical butchery skills in a fast-paced environment while completing their apprenticeship training.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Butcher, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced butchers to develop skills across all aspects of the trade, including meat preparation, processing, presentation, and customer service.
