Job summary

Sutcliffe Meats is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Apprentices (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year) to join the Girraween site in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the meat processing and retail industry while gaining hands-on experience.

As an Apprentice Butcher you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop skills across meat preparation, processing, presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Aspire to complete a formal apprenticeship in butchery.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply butchery techniques under experienced guidance.

• Support daily production and stock management.
