Job summary

Quintons SUPA IGA Warrandyte in Melbourne's Warrandyte community is seeking an apprentice butcher to learn and develop in a busy meat department. You will break down primal cuts, prepare display, and contribute to customer service with pride.

Progress toward Certificate III in Meat Processing – Retail Butcher while handling knife work, bandsaw and mincer tasks. Weekend and rotating shifts support a hands-on training culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified (Certificate III in Meat Processing – Retail Butcher), or significant trade experience.
• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year and keen to finish your trade with a supportive team.
• Able to work weekends and on a rotating roster.
