Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney invites aspiring chefs to join its Culinary Apprentice Program, a pathway to a national qualification while working in world‑class kitchens.

You’ll rotate across venues from Epicurean to Nobu, learn diverse techniques, and complete a 3‑year Apprenticeship with Crown. The program requires no prior experience, a passion for cooking, and full working rights in Australia, with full‑time rotating shifts.

• Availability to work full‑time on a rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings.
• Commitment to completing a 3‑year Apprenticeship with Crown.
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Must be available to commence the apprenticeship January 2027.

The Role

Ready to ignite your culinary career with one of Australia’s most iconic hospitality brands? Crown Sydney’s Culinary Apprentice Program is your pathway to mastering the art of cooking while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll enjoy a balanced learning experience:

• 4 days of hands‑on training in our world‑class kitchens
• 1 day at NSW TAFE to build your theoretical knowledge

As part of the program, you’ll rotate through Crown Sydney’s exceptional culinary venues, each offering unique challenges and opportunities to learn from some of the industry’s best. From high‑volume buffet service at Epicurean to refined Japanese techniques at Nobu, creative tapas‑style dining and luxurious event banquets, you’ll gain exposure to diverse culinary styles and develop a well‑rounded skill set.

About You
