Job summary

Crown Resorts Perth is seeking a motivated Cook to learn and contribute in a fast-paced kitchen, gaining hands-on experience under our team of experienced chefs.

You'll work across food preparation, cooking, presentation, and safety standards, with structured training and clear opportunities to progress into chef roles.

• Currently studying or holding a qualification in Commercial Cookery.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply professional cooking techniques while preparing high-quality menu items
• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service preparation
• Develop skills in food presentation, portion control, and quality standards
• Maintain stock, mise en place, and kitchen equipment to support efficient service
• Follow HACCP food safety protocols
• Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house teams to create exceptional guest experiences
• Gain exposure to high-volume, professional kitchen environments and grow confidence in your craft
