Qualifications

• A genuine passion and dedication for cooking — no prior professional experience required.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Availability to work full‑time on a rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings.
• Commitment to completing a 3‑year Apprenticeship with Crown.
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Must be available to commence the apprenticeship January 2027.
