Job summary

Crown Resorts’ Crown Sydney Culinary Apprentice Program is your pathway to mastering the art of cooking while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll rotate through Crown Sydney’s venues, gaining hands-on experience from Epicurean to Nobu, and develop a well-rounded skill set within a supportive team.

During the program you’ll have 4 days of hands-on training in our world-class kitchens and 1 day at NSW TAFE to build your theoretical knowledge, with full-time rosters including

Qualifications

• Genuine passion and dedication for cooking; no prior experience required.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Available to work full-time on a rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings.
• Commitment to completing a 3-year Apprenticeship with Crown.
• Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Available to commence the apprenticeship January 2027.
