Job summary

The Social Blueprint Inc. is seeking a phone-based appointment setter to convert online fitness coaching inquiries into booked calls. You will dial 80–100 numbers daily, assess fit, and schedule qualified leads for our closers, documenting every step in Close CRM.

Job description

We run a mentorship for online fitness coaches. About 200 new enquiries come in every week, plus a database of thousands of older ones nobody has properly called. We need someone on the phone turning them into booked calls.

This is a dialling job. You will be on the phone most of the day. If that is not for you, skip this one.

THE DAY

You work out of Close CRM. New enquiries first, then your follow-up list. You ring them, work out if they are a fit, book the good ones onto a closer's calendar, and write up what you learned. Then you go again.

YOUR NUMBERS

• 3 to 5 booked calls a day
• 80 to 100 dials a day
• 8 to 12 real conversations a day
• Every lead gets at least 6 attempts before you park it
• These are not made up targets. Someone is already doing 75 to 110 dials a day on this exact list and booking around 3.

PAY

$1,500 a month base plus 5% of all cash collected on every deal you set. Not just the first payment. You keep earning as clients pay down their plans, so your income climbs as your book builds. Booking 3 calls a day works out to roughly 7 sales a month, which puts you around $5,200 a month once your book is built.

This is a contractor role.

YOU NEED

• At least 12 months setting appointments on outbound calls
• Hands on time in Close CRM, or a dialler like Aircall, Kixie or Orum and you can pick up Close in a week
• Based in Australia, free Monday to Friday
• A quiet room and internet that does not drop out
• You log everything. If it is not in the CRM it did not happen.
