Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Applications Analyst role.
• Experience with key platforms such as Workday, Salesforce or Dynamics 365 is highly regarded.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities to resolve complex application challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support, resolve user-reported issues, perform maintenance, and ensure security and backups.
• Manage deployments and upgrades, test new software, and validate functional success.
• Maintain and monitor application integrations, data flows, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Analyze workflows, define system outputs based on user tasks, and prepare cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
