Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce and integration tools.
• DevOps background with CI/CD knowledge.
• Experience in multi-application environments and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of service requests and application issues.
• Monitor and enhance business applications for stability.
• Design and implement solutions in Salesforce.

Skills

Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning)

Integration knowledge (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)

DevOps experience (CI/CD, version control, deployments)

Multi-application support experience

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SSIS

Strong problem-solving skills

Stakeholder management skills
