Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an experienced IT Support / MDM professional to own the technology, user experience and outcomes delivered across multiple MSP client environments. You’ll work across JAMF, Apple MDM, macOS and Microsoft 365, supporting and managing devices for a range of clients, with on‑premise infrastructure, SharePoint and OneDrive as significant parts of the role.

This hands‑on role focuses on MDM and device management, requiring independent delivery across client environments,

Qualifications

• Experience managing fleets of Apple devices with JAMF or similar MDM.
• MSP/multi-client support experience and ability to switch context.
• Strong SharePoint/OneDrive troubleshooting and M365 knowledge.
• Excellent communication with non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across macOS, iOS and Microsoft 365 environments for multiple clients.
• Manage Apple device fleets via JAMF – enrolment, policies, updates.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive issues – permissions, sync, site structure, and access.
• Escalation support for L1; document processes and improvements.
• Work directly with clients to resolve issues and keep environments running smoothly.
