Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proven experience implementing MDM and/or MAM solutions.
• Strong experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android and macOS devices.
• Experience developing Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Experience with Conditional Access.
• Experience with application deployment and management through Intune.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with Android Enterprise / Managed Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and administer Microsoft Intune within a complex/shared tenancy environment.
• Implement and manage MDM and MAM solutions.
• Configure and manage Intune across iOS, Android and macOS.
• Develop device configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Configure and support Conditional Access and related security controls.
• Develop testing, pilot and phased deployment strategies.
• Manage application deployment and corporate app catalogues.
• Publish and manage applications across enrolled devices.
• Support integrations with Apple Business Manager.
• Configure and manage Android Enterprise and related mobile management capabilities.
• Troubleshoot deployment, enrolment, policy and application issues.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and rollout.
• Work with internal stakeholders and deployment teams.
