Job summary

Searchability® is a Sydney-based MSP specialising in the Apple ecosystem. We seek an L2 engineer who can manage macOS fleets, JAMF, and Microsoft 365, handling SharePoint issues with confidence and collaborating across multiple client environments.

You’ll own Apple device management, troubleshoot SharePoint/OneDrive, and provide escalation support while documenting processes for continual improvement and client success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting macOS and iOS in a multi-client MSP environment.
• Proficient with JAMF and Apple MDM workflows.
• Strong SharePoint and OneDrive troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• Excellent communication with non-technical clients.
• Experience managing Apple device fleets and end-user support.
• JAMF 100/200 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 for multiple clients.
• Manage Apple devices via JAMF including enrolment, policies, updates, troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, sync, site structures.
• Escalation support for L1 and contribute to documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and maintain environments.
