Job summary

One Solution Group in Australia is seeking an experienced MDM Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Mobile Device Management environments across government and enterprise clients. This full-time onsite role sits at the intersection of mobility engineering, endpoint security, and network access control.

You will lead multi-platform MDM deployments using Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE, manage multiple client environments, and contribute to governance and documentation standards while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an MDM, endpoint, or mobility engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE in a managed services or enterprise environment.
• Experience with government or enterprise clients with complex security and compliance requirements.
• Strong written communication skills – able to produce clear technical documentation and client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• MDM Platform Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain Intune and Workspace ONE environments for managed clients.
• Network Access & Security Integration: Implement CA policies aligned to government frameworks.
• Project Delivery & Governance: Lead MDM migration projects and produce documentation.
• Managed Services Support: Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and incident management.
