Datadog is seeking a senior Enablement Manager to lead the Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team across APJ and ANZ. You will coach TEMs, align enablement programs with sales and customer success goals, and champion AI-powered tooling to scale training and content creation.

You will coordinate with Sales, CS, Engineering and Product to deliver scalable enablement, monitor KPIs, and drive ROI while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture in a hybrid work environment.

• Able to drive measurable business impact and revenue growth through enablement initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own the enablement strategy for APJ Sales and Customer Success, driving adoption and attach rates.
• Build demand across the region, keep materials current, standardize the request process.
• Serve as the quality gate, scope requests, and align demand to business needs.
• Monitor KPIs (utilization, CSAT, productivity) and balance delivery with content creation.
• Lead, coach, and mentor TEMs across APJ with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Engineering and Product to address enablement needs.
