Job summary

Anthropic is expanding its APAC enablement function from Sydney, delivering practical, live-session based training across GTM functions. As Enablement Lead you will adapt a global enablement engine for APAC, coaching sellers and managers, and ensuring readiness in a fast-scaling environment.

You will design and run practice-first sessions, partner with regional leaders, and measure real changes in field behavior. This role blends AI tools with human coaching to accelerate capability building.

Qualifications

8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles.
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, across multiple markets.
Ability to influence beyond your own team or region with measurable outcomes.
Hands‑on track record designing and running practice-first enablement.
Working understanding of adult learning principles and coaching.
Creativity with AI to enable personalised practice and fast feedback.
End-to-end ownership of programmes from design to measurement.
Experience enabling multilingual and multicultural field readiness.

Responsibilities

Set up APAC enablement rhythm with in-region cohorts and live practice sessions.
Adapt international content for APAC markets and translate ahead of delivery.
Design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer rehearsals.
Partner with regional GTM leaders to scale coaching standards.
Own launch readiness so new products ship with APAC field prepared.
Build a measurement loop to track post-session behavioural changes.
