Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive deployments across APAC from Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll lead project delivery, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure scalable, high-performing robotic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management.
• 3+ years of experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• 3+ years of experience in 3PL/logistics.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of network tech (routers, wifi, switches, firewalls).
• APAC travel ability; passport and driving licence required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across APAC; focus on Australia with NZ/Singapore/Japan travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at customer sites and ensure robots function smoothly.
• Support project management, technical delivery, and customer relationships for scalable solutions.
• Deliver data-driven status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle of deployments from planning to post-launch support.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for lessons learned and improvements.
• Provide on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades; manage service docs and tickets.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for on-site and remote support.
