Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive success for APAC customers, leading deployments of warehouse automation solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams to deliver lasting impact, manage relationships, and coordinate complex projects across the APAC region.

The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, with about 10% travel outside Australia and ongoing travel within APAC. A valid passport and Australian work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• 3+ years of WMS experience.
• 3+ years of experience in 3PL, logistics and supply chain.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint in particular).
• Experience leading outward-facing project teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of network tech (routers, WiFi, switches, firewalls).
• Eligible to work in Australia (passport/visa).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel within APAC region, with primary focus on Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at customer sites and ensure robot functionality.
• Support project management, technical delivery, and customer relationship-building for scalable solutions.
• Create and execute clear communication plans; deliver data-driven status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle of deployments from planning to post-launch support.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons and drive improvements.
• Support on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, repairs and system upgrades; handle service docs and tickets.

This role is based in Sydney/Melbourne Australia, and we are only accepting local candidates who are authorized to work in Australia.

• This role requires travel within Australia and APAC countries.. Travel outside of Australia would likely be 10% per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless Locus robots functionality.
• Support project management, technical delivery, and customer relationship-building to ensure successful, scalable, and high-performing robotic solutions.
• Establish and execute clear communication plans; deliver regular, data-driven status updates to stakeholders.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of Locus Robotics warehouse automation deployments, managing everything from planning and installation to post-launch support.
• Perform post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement and expansion.
• Support on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, repairs, and system upgrades; manage service documentation, RMA, and support tickets (Salesforce).
• Act as the primary technical escalation point, providing both on-site and remote support for troubleshooting, mapping, and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• 3 + years of experience in 3PL, logistics and supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
• Strong experience managing outward-facing project teams involving dedicated cross functional staff, client resources, and outside vendors.
• Understanding of network technology, such as routers, WIFI, switches, and firewalls.
• A valid passport for APAC travel and a valid driver's license are required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Australia and occasional travel to New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, and legally authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship now or in the future.
