Zurich Insurance Group in Australia is seeking an Executive Assistant to our Regional Head of Risk, APAC. You’ll support senior leaders, keep daily activities running smoothly and contribute to regional strategic objectives.

You will manage complex diary and communications, coordinate travel and expenses, and provide accurate data for monthly reporting. This hybrid role offers meaningful impact and development within a leading digital insurer.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services will be highly regarded.
• Expertise in complex diary management, events and confidential communications.

Responsibilities

• Keep senior leaders focused through proactive diary, meeting and appointment coordination
• Manage executive communications, screening calls and emails and drafting correspondence
• Be a welcoming first point of contact, handling enquiries and escalating complex matters
• Support financial decision-making with accurate data and basic analysis for monthly reporting
• Coordinate travel through designated procurement tools and manage expense reporting and settlement
• Keep daily operations running smoothly with reliable administrative support, supplies management and timely follow-up
• Take ownership of competing priorities, delivering accurate work on time.
