Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Head of Solutions - APAC to lead product management and development strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC. You will own the regional product roadmap, champion customer voice, and drive market-leading solutions for auditors and accountants.

You will manage APAC product managers/owners, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with Caseware's global product vision, while partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver results across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in product management or solutions roles.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity owning a roadmap end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product strategy and roadmap for APAC.
• Lead and coach APAC product managers/owners; set goals and develop talent.
• Own regional backlog, write user stories, prioritise development activities.
