Job summary

Vercel Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the APAC Solutions Architects team in Sydney, Australia.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor staff, and collaborate with sales to win new business and expand existing accounts. You will manage pre- and post-sales activities, provide hands-on support for key customers, and work closely with engineering to translate field feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage an APAC Solutions Architects team
• Ensure technical excellence across pre- and post-sales
• Provide hands-on support for key accounts (architecture reviews, migrations)
• Oversee SA engagement on strategic accounts and deals
• Partner with engineering for field product feedback
• Develop repeatable plays from team insights
• Track SA performance and report to Sales leadership quarterly
• Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting
