Antithesis in Australia is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead complex enterprise SaaS sales from prospecting to close. You will own a sizeable book of business, engage senior engineers and executives, and drive adoption of our developer tools.

You will thrive in a fast-paced startup, exceed quotas, mentor others, and help shape sales processes as the company scales. Occasional travel is expected; willingness to contribute beyond a narrow role is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Direct experience selling developer tools or technical products.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Ability to engage senior engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Run complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close.
• Own and proactively manage your book of business with accountability.
• Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executives in sales conversations.
• Help define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales process.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions.
• Drive adoption by articulating value and ROI.
• Mentor new Account Executives and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
• Partner with marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback.
