Job summary

Coder is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to grow our diverse customer base, bringing AI-driven software development to large enterprises. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, buyers and partners to move complex deals forward, build trusted relationships, and demonstrate clear value while traveling as needed. Based in Australia with travel up to 15% to support deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software sales with proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling to large enterprises (Fortune 500).
• Ability to engage with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and developer tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts.
• Generate qualified opportunities via outbound and inbound.
• Lead demos and communicate value clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers for a thorough technical evaluation.
• Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Travel as needed to support deals.
