Job summary

MRI Software seeks an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our APAC team in Sydney. This program offers progression through structured tiers and increasing earning potential as you train on MRI solutions and qualify prospects for the sales team.

You will engage with customers via phone, email and social media, perform market research, and support outbound campaigns. While experience helps, we heavily value drive, potential and a desire to move into field sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred but not essential.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Keen interest in technology and its place in the business world.
• Be open to new initiatives and have the confidence to voice improvements.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop leads, identifying MRI solutions best suited for the prospect.
• Manage the phones to ensure all sales calls are answered and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Demonstrate efficient lead management with detailed notes and analyses.
• Communicate solution knowledge to educate prospects.
• Develop relationships across MRI’s markets and internal teams.
• Support outbound marketing activities such as trade shows and webinars.
• Meet or exceed quarterly/monthly targets contributing to bonus structure.
• Participate in ongoing sales/marketing development sessions.
