Job summary

NinjaOne in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow the APAC book by researching prospects, conducting outreach by phone, email and social channels, and qualifying leads to schedule demos for the Account Executive.

You will use Salesforce, hit daily KPIs, and work in a hybrid setup (in office Mon/Wed/Fri). No degree required; visa sponsorship is not available. You bring hunger, resilience, and strong communication to thrive in a quota-driven team.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Ability to meet minimum call volume and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow your individual book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads.
• Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads.
• Hustle to achieve and exceed various core metrics, quotas, and KPIs.
• Display exceptional cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills and objection handling.
• Utilise Salesforce to document activities and forecast opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
