Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive for Australia to drive revenue across Rentals, TIC and C-Kore divisions. You will build client relationships, develop opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth in the APAC region.

You will report to the APAC Sales Lead, work remotely across Australia, and collaborate with the Commercial Department to achieve annual sales targets. A university degree and proven sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven technical knowledge of Motive product lines across Rentals and TIC divisions.
• Proven track record in business development and sales with target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer dynamics/requirements.
• Good negotiator with client-focused approach.
• University degree or higher required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and qualify new business opportunities within Motive’s Rentals, TIC and C-Kore divisions across Australia.
• Review commercial and technical proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Utilise Motive’s CRM system to track opportunities and update progress.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across APAC and Australia.
• Visit clients, present solutions and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
