American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to drive new business in the Australia/APAC live corporate events market. You will own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, promoting the Experience Studio portfolio and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires graduate-level education, 2+ years in business development, strong negotiation, and outstanding client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or sales, preferably in events or production.
• Proven track record in negotiations, closing deals and delivering results.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and drive prospects through the sales lifecycle in Australia/APAC live corporate events.
• Promote and present the Experience Studio portfolio across Sourcing, Event Management, Group Travel & Creative Production.
• Lead cross-selling opportunities from Strategic Meeting and Business Travel clients.
• Own RFI/RFP responses, pricing, negotiations, and contracting as bid captain.
• Build relationships with C-level and department heads and represent Amex GBT at events.
