Job summary

Motive Offshore Group in Perth, Australia is seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to drive growth across Australia. Reporting to the APAC Sales Lead, you will develop and qualify opportunities within Rentals, TIC and C-Kore divisions, manage proposals, negotiate, and track progress in Motive's CRM.

You will build client relationships, expand into international markets, develop sales pipelines, and promote Motive's sustainability and people values.

Qualifications

• Proven technical knowledge of Motive product lines across Rentals and TIC divisions.
• Previous experience in business development and sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of business development and sales.
• Good negotiator, with an innovative approach and client-focused approach.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements.
• Awareness of sustainability and environmental considerations within a sales and technical context.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools and strong computer literacy.
• Confident to communicate with all levels of the organisations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
• Team player.
• University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and promote Motive People Values in day-to-day tasks.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Visit clients face-to-face to discuss leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with departments on bespoke equipment inquiries.
• Be a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group.
