PaperCut Software is seeking an APAC Revenue Enablement Associate Manager to design global and regional training programs for reseller partners. You’ll translate product know-how into practical sales tools, run certification and LMS content, and collaborate with product marketing and regional teams to improve go-to-market impact.

This role offers a hybrid work model in Australia and a focus on scalable enablement across APAC regions, with emphasis on measuring training effectiveness and partner

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and driving adoption of training content, sales playbooks, and onboarding frameworks for reseller or channel networks.
• Experience writing sales training materials, curating learning paths, and managing LMS content (Absorb preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, regional GTM leaders, and external vendors to keep programs aligned.

Responsabilités

• Build enablement strategies for global and regional sales and product training.
• Lead course creation and content updates; manage LMS and partner content.
• Empower regional teams via train-the-trainer programs.
• Produce partner-facing sales tools (playbooks, talk tracks, positioning guides, objections) and coordinate with design teams.
• Translate complex product details into accessible sales insights with Product and Technical Services teams.
• Collaborate on GTM and product marketing to deliver training for new product launches and measure usage and impact.
