Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Sales Trainer for the APAC Tax & Accounting Division based in Sydney. You will onboard new sales hires, deliver training programs, and promote value-based, consultative selling while partnering with regional leaders and the global Sales Training team.

You'll develop content, measure effectiveness, and drive adoption of sales methodologies and tools across a geographically diverse APAC team.

Qualifications

• Direct selling or sales leadership background.
• Experience delivering training or supporting sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in a Tax & Accounting software environment or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training for APAC.
• Develop and maintain learning content and materials.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Analyze performance data and identify development needs.
• Collaborate with regional and global Sales Training teams.
