Job summary

TeraRecon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – APAC to drive revenue growth across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. You will manage direct and partner-led sales, focus on new business, and expand the installed base while maintaining strong forecast accuracy.

You will articulate the value of advanced visualization and clinical AI, build an authoritative regional plan, and lead executive-level discussions with healthcare providers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular, or Clinical software/AI platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience selling subscription-based and Cloud/SaaS solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and deliver compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across APAC: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.
• Own both direct and partner-led sales with new business acquisition and expansion in installed base.
• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy and annual sales plan with a 4x quota pipeline.
• Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline with leadership updates.
