Job summary

Digital Science in Australia seeks an APAC Pre-Sales & Engagement Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver tailored demonstrations of Dimensions and Altmetric, assist onboarding and training, and engage with APAC reseller partners to build long-term customer relationships.

The role blends pre-sales with post-sale engagement, requiring webinars, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Experience teams to inform roadmaps and GTM decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre-sales, product sales, and/or customer engagement in SaaS/tech

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored demonstrations of Dimensions and Altmetric across APAC prospects.
• Onboard and train customers post-sale to maximize product adoption and value.
• Collaborate with Sales to design demo strategies and provide real-time support.
• Support reseller partner conversations and train partners on Dimensions and Altmetric solutions.
• Produce product content for proposals and information requests and assist in go-to-market efforts.
