NiCE is seeking a senior partnerships executive to own APAC partner growth. Reporting to the VP Partner Sales International, you will lead a team of 8–10 partner managers across APAC, including India, ME, ANZ, Japan and SE Asia, driving strategy, enablement, and revenue momentum.

You will collaborate with AWS and Microsoft on co-sell motions, build joint business plans, and deepen C-suite relationships to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity while representing NiCE’s AI-first CX narrative

Qualifications

• 12+ years in partner sales, alliances, or business development within B2B SaaS or AI/CX, with APAC exposure.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner-led revenue in multiple markets (India, ANZ, Japan).
• Experience leading 8+ partner managers in a multi-country regional role.
• Strong working knowledge of GSI and hyperscaler operating models with C-level relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own the APAC partner strategy aligned to international commercial objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem across GSIs, hyperscalers, regional SI, BPOs, and VARs in APAC.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 8–10 Partner Managers with a strong execution culture.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Build joint business plans with Tier 1/Platinum partners and ensure executive alignment.
