Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver specialized expertise in CX/Ai solutions, consulting, and project leadership for enterprise clients. You will mentor junior staff and drive end-to-end implementation across CRM integrations, IVR, ACD, AI and NLU, ensuring high performance and scalable architectures.

The role combines technical execution with business consulting, requiring client engagement, solution design, and enablement for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with digital channels, AI, or bot-driven applications.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for enterprise customers.
• Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including AI, NLU, and CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers to design and oversee end-to-end rollouts and manage risk.
