Uber is seeking an APAC Merchant Technology Strategy & Operations Lead to shape regional strategy for how restaurant partners receive and manage orders across Uber Eats in APAC. You will own the merchant technology ecosystem strategy, including tablets, merchant apps, POS systems and API integrations, partnering with Global Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and investments.

• Execution excellence in translating strategy into scalable solutions and outcomes.

• Drive adoption and optimization to improve merchant experience, order reliability and cost-to-serve.
• Shape integration and partnership strategy with POS and tech partners to enable growth.
• Influence global product investments by building compelling business cases for APAC priorities.
• Build data-driven decision frameworks for channel adoption, reliability and economics.
• Establish scalable operating models for device lifecycle, quality, support and tech operations.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Global Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams.
