Job summary

Uber Delivery is expanding its APAC Commercial team and seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to shape growth with major restaurant partners across the region.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Product and Operations to develop joint business plans, optimize investments and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong analytics, stakeholder management and strategic instincts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, commercial strategy, analytics, finance, technology or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical proficiency, including SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools to improve analysis.
• Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic merchant growth with Commercial leaders across customer growth, offers, ads, pricing and operations.
• Shape investment decisions with finance to evaluate ROI and P&L impact.
• Lead analytical deep dives into merchant performance and translate insights into recommendations.
