Job summary

Uber Eats is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join our APAC Merchant Growth team, leading the development of the regional Offers Strategy across markets. You will analyse marketplace performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive merchant investment and incremental demand.

This role requires 5+ years in strategy or operations, strong SQL and advanced Excel, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, commercial strategy, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define the regional Offers strategy across APAC, identifying growth opportunities and the optimal mix of offers across markets and segments.
Drive merchant-funded promotional investment strategies and scalable approaches to encourage merchant participation and incremental demand.
Turn insights into strategic decisions by analysing marketplace performance, promotional effectiveness, merchant ROI, and incremental growth.
Influence regional execution by partnering with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Product, and regional leadership to translate strategy into market action.
