Uber Delivery is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for APAC to shape and accelerate growth with our largest restaurant partners. You will work across commercial, analytics, operations and product to identify opportunities, build ambitious joint plans and optimize investments.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, deep analytical capability and the ability to drive complex problems to tangible impact across the APAC region.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, commercial strategy, analytics, finance, technology or related field.
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with AI tools to improve analysis and productivity.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Develop joint business plans with Commercial leaders across APAC for growth, offers, ads, pricing and ops.
• Partner with Strategic Finance to model ROI and P&L impact for deals.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making and efficiency in APAC.
• Translate merchant needs into product requirements with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish KPIs and operating cadences to track progress and ensure initiatives deliver outcomes.
• Align senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Product and Operations to drive execution.
